How to order

REGISTER

You should first read and agree to our Terms & Conditions
You should then register for an account.

BROWSE PRODUCTS

Simply browse the various categories using the navigation bar on the left side of your browser window.

ADDING PRODUCTS TO YOUR SHOPPING CART

To add a product to your cart, simply click the “add to cart” button. The product will then be automatically added to your shopping cart. Some of our products are customisable. In this case, when you click “add to cart” you will receive a customising form to fill in. (Please note, in some cases this may incur an additional cost.)

EDITING YOUR SHOPPING CART

To make any change in your order before submitting it, click on the link "your cart" in your shopping cart on the right hand of your browser window. Here you will be given the chance to remove products, adjust the quantity, or edit the customisation (if applicable).

SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER

Once you have completed your shopping simply click the “checkout” link on your shopping cart.

PAYMENT

You will receive an invoice detailing your order within 24 working hours of placing it. This invoice will give you an estimated time of delivery as well as our bank details. Please do note that we only except direct deposit (EFT) payments. Work on your order will only begin once payment has been received. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.
