Shipping and Returns

Our orders are sent by registered parcel mail via the South African parcel service. For this we charge a flat rate of R60.00 per order to anywhere in South Africa. We also offer a courier service (overnight or economy) should you prefer it - please contact us for current rates.

We also give you the option of collecting from our showroom in Port Elizabeth. Should you choose this option, our address will be sent to you and you will be notified of the date when you can come and collect your order. This option has no fee attached.

Many of our products are customisable, and most are generally made on order. This makes it difficult for us to estimate in advance how long you will wait for your order. Delivery time will depend on the size of the order and our present work load. We will notify you of the expected waiting period on receipt of your order. Most orders usually take between 1-3 weeks to manufacture. Barbie furniture orders usually take between 3-4 weeks. These lead times exclude postage time.

We always try and meet your requirements, so should you need your order by a specific date, please do let us know and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
