Shipping and Returns
Many of our products are customisable, and most are generally made on order. This makes it difficult for us to estimate in advance how long you will wait for your order. Delivery time will depend on the size of the order and our present work load. We will notify you of the expected waiting period (if there is one) on receipt of your order.
At present we send all our orders via the South African Postal Office. Please ensure that you submit for us only postal delivery addresses. We charge a standard fee (R39.00) for this service regardless of the size of your order.
We also give you the option of collecting from our workshop in Port Elizabeth. Should you choose this option, our address will be sent to you and you will be notified of the date when you can come and collect your order. This option has no fee attached.
