OUR PRODUCTS

We aim to always produce the highest quality products for the satisfaction of our customers. In case of products arriving damaged or broken please refer to our Returns/Refunds policy.
Dominiquesonline.co.za cannot be held liable for any injury/death/ or any other loss that may occur directly or indirectly from the use of our products as they are used outside of our control. We assume no obligations or responsibilities whatsoever.
Please do note that, due to the fact that our products are all individually hand-crafted, they might differ slightly from the photos on this website.

REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY

Should your order be incorrect, please notify dominiquesonline.co.za within 24 hours from receiving the parcel. We will then gladly exchange any incorrect items or post any absent items to you as soon as possible. Orders under these circumstances will only be exchanged/refunded if dominiquesonline.co.za is notified within this space of time. (24 hours)
Although we take every care while packing to ensure all items arrive in good order, Dominiquesonline.co.za cannot beheld liable for any parcels that are lost in the post or damaged in transit, as this happens beyond our control.
Please make certain of your choice before purchase - no exchanges/refunds will be accepted once payment has been received. No refunds due to "buyers remorse".

ORDERS AND DELIVERY POLICY

Once a payment has been made the order is binding and cannot be withdrawn. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for any late deliveries. Dominiquesonline.co.za reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason whatsoever on notice to you. In such cases, if payment has already been made, you will be fully refunded.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order or part of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but that any person at the delivery address specified on your order signed for the delivery. In the case of post office or depot collections, we need to prove that somebody, not necessarily you, collected the delivery from the depot or post office.
